At PLATLMOR INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL in Hangzhou, Nalexible ultra-thin natural stone veneer was used across large interior wall surfaces and public areas, creating a warm, layered and highly distinctive hotel environment.
The project used Sanjayani White, one of Nalexible’s natural stone veneer selections, with a total application area of approximately 2,000㎡.
Creating a Hotel Atmosphere with Natural Stone Texture
In this project, large areas of natural stone texture were applied to the hotel’s interior wall surfaces, working together with lighting, furniture and architectural lines to create a continuous and layered visual effect.
Sanjayani White features rich natural colour variation and organic stone patterns. Across the hotel lobby and public areas, the stone surface does not simply act as a background material — it becomes an important part of the overall spatial expression.
The natural texture brings warmth, depth and a sense of quality to the space, while still fitting into a modern hotel interior design language.
