Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nalexible, we supply natural stone and architectural material solutions for residential, commercial and design projects.

Due to the natural characteristics of stone materials and the customised nature of many project orders, returns and refunds are handled according to the product type, order status and project requirements.

Standard Products

For standard products that have not been used, installed or modified, customers may contact Nalexible to request a return review within 14 days of receiving the products.

All return requests must be approved by Nalexible before products are returned. Returned products must remain in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.

Custom Orders & Project Orders

Many Nalexible products are supplied for specific projects and may involve customised sizes, materials, quantities or production requirements.

Once customised production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless the products are confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

Samples

Sample orders are provided to help customers evaluate material colour, texture and suitability before placing larger orders.

Due to the nature of sample materials, sample orders are generally non-refundable.

Natural Stone Variation

Nalexible products are made from real natural stone. Each piece is unique, with natural variations in colour, texture, veining and surface appearance.

These natural characteristics are part of the beauty of genuine stone and are not considered defects or reasons for return.
