At Shanghai Sheshan Shimao InterContinental Hotel, Nalexible ultra-thin natural stone veneer was used across large interior wall surfaces, creating a layered and highly distinctive hotel environment.
The project is located in Shanghai, China, with a total application area of approximately 3,800㎡. The project used Silver Grey and Ziran Green natural stone veneer, and was completed in 2018.
Creating a Strong Hotel Interior with Natural Stone Texture
In this project, natural stone veneer was applied across large-scale interior wall areas, including reception spaces, curved walls and public areas.
The layered wall design combines natural stone textures with lighting, metal details and architectural lines, creating a rich sense of depth throughout the space.
